First Light

This is an image I’ve been looking for ever since I started my photographic journey. Reflections in the water, foggy conditions, and beautiful light.
I’ve been sitting by my fathers bed the whole night, and around 5 in the morning my brother took over. I needed to clear my thoughts, and to get fresh air, and I knew about this small tarn just a very short drive away. The condition was amazing, no really good light at the moment, but as the sky was clear, I knew the sun would show up, just had to wait.
It’s start to get cold in November around here, so it was nice to have the car within short reach. This is just by the side of the road.
I was afraid the fog would disappear before I got good light, but luckily that didn’t happen.
The light and the atmosphere just got amazing, I really love this on, as it incorporate all I had been dreaming of.
